CaseLens x AMCA
Overview
In May 2025, CaseLens and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in institutional arbitration and mediation workflows.
As outlined in the MoU, the parties agreed to:
Collaborate on AI technologies: Work together on applying AI to improve internal processes related to arbitration and mediation.
Share knowledge: Hold meetings, discussions, and exchange materials on the potential and limitations of AI in case management.
Explore pilot use cases: Identify and explore possible applications of AI tools, using public or anonymized data where appropriate.
Respect confidentiality: Ensure all collaboration respects confidentiality and institutional boundaries to the highest extent possible.
The MoU reflects a shared interest in evaluating how AI may support institutions involved in alternative dispute resolution. It does not create any legal or financial obligations between the parties.
